Job Description
StartGrow HR is hiring an experienced HR Manager for Gurgaon, Haryana. The organization is looking for a skilled HR professional who can independently manage and strengthen HR functions while supporting the company's growth objectives. Candidates with experience in Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Engineering, or related industries will be preferred.
The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, Employee Engagement and Retention, HR Operations and Compliance, Performance Management, HR Policy Development, Process Improvement, Payroll and Benefits Coordination, and overall HR administration.
The role requires managing recruitment activities, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management initiatives, policy formulation, compliance management, payroll coordination, stakeholder management, training and development programs, and conflict resolution. The candidate should be capable of handling HR functions independently while contributing to organizational growth and employee development.
The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a proactive and organized approach, and a solution-oriented mindset. Previous experience managing HR functions independently is highly desirable.
