The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR operations risk and controls, HR compliance, operational risk, internal audit, or governance roles within complex global organizations. Experience with Workday, privacy regulations, audit management, stakeholder engagement, risk frameworks, and regulated industries such as financial services is highly preferred.
