Zoom Insurance Brokers is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional who can effectively balance people management skills with analytical thinking. The role offers exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Lifecycle Management, and HR Analytics, making it an excellent opportunity for HR professionals seeking a broad generalist profile.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
• Build talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities
• Handle employee lifecycle management from onboarding to separation
• Ensure smooth execution of HR operations and employee support processes
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and organizational procedures
• Coordinate and support performance management processes, including KRAs, goal setting, and appraisal cycles
• Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics
• Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights for management decision-making
• Support HR reporting, data management, and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to deliver effective HR solutions
Desired Profile:
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
• 2-4 years of relevant HR Generalist experience
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
• Experience managing employee lifecycle processes
• Exposure to Performance Management systems and appraisal cycles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and reporting
• Experience preparing HR MIS, dashboards, and analytics reports
• Familiarity with HRMS platforms is preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
