Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
Support employee onboarding, induction processes, and maintain accurate documentation.
Track employee attendance, leave management, and maintain organized personnel records.
Drive employee engagement activities and internal HR programs.
Manage daily office operations, filing, data entry, and facility coordination.
Requirements
Key Expertise: Freshers are encouraged to apply; ideal for beginners looking to build a career in HR and administration.
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Competencies: Good verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a willingness to work night shifts from the office.
