Job Description:
Manage end-to-end HR operations for the school.
Handle recruitment and onboarding activities for teaching and non-teaching staff.
Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
Support attendance management, leave administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
Ensure compliance with school policies, labour regulations, and HR procedures.
Coordinate employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
Assist management with performance management and workforce planning activities.
Address employee concerns and support positive employee relations.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential personnel records.
Collaborate with school leadership to support organizational and staffing requirements.
Requirements:
Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
Prior experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, School HR, or Administration preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR processes.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Applicants must currently reside in Bangalore.
Candidates should be available to attend in-person interviews and assessment sessions.
Additional Information:
School transportation is available only within a 15 km radius of the school campus.
Experience in educational institutions or schools will be an added advantage.
