Position: HR & Admin Executive
Location: Kothrud, Pune

Job Description:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
Handle employee onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
Prepare and maintain HR reports related to attendance, leave management, employee performance, and workforce metrics.
Process payroll inputs and support employee benefits administration while ensuring policy compliance.
Draft, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
Manage job postings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment portals.
Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances while supporting employee relations activities.
Oversee day-to-day office administration, facilities management, vendor coordination, and operational support.
Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR compliance requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.5-3 years of experience in HR Operations and Administration.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee relations.
Good understanding of HR policies, compliance, and administrative functions.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
