The company is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to build and lead the HR function while overseeing office administration and facilities management. This role will be responsible for establishing HR structures and processes, managing payroll and statutory compliance, driving talent acquisition, leading employee engagement and learning initiatives, mentoring a junior HR executive, and ensuring effective administration operations.
Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and improving HR policies, SOPs, employee lifecycle frameworks, and employee handbooks. The role requires setting up HR metrics, dashboards, MIS reports, and supporting leadership with data-driven insights. The selected candidate will oversee onboarding to exit processes, employee documentation, HRMS data management, performance management cycles, goal setting, reviews, performance improvement plans, and career path development.
The position will own end-to-end payroll operations including payroll inputs, processing, reconciliation, final settlements, and statutory compliance activities. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, TDS, Shops and Establishments regulations, POSH compliance, statutory filings, inspections, and maintaining statutory records.
The role will also manage talent acquisition activities including workforce planning, sourcing, candidate assessments, offer management, talent pipeline development, and reducing hiring turnaround time. The Senior HR Manager will mentor and guide the junior HR executive, allocate operational tasks, review outputs, and drive strategic HR initiatives.
Additional responsibilities include developing employee engagement programs, recognition and rewards initiatives, pulse surveys, learning and development programs, workshops, employee well-being activities, and retention initiatives. The selected candidate will also accompany leadership to important client meetings, represent the organization professionally, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates should have extensive experience in HR generalist functions, payroll management, statutory compliance, talent acquisition, HR process implementation, office administration, vendor management, facilities management, HR analytics, stakeholder management, and employee relations. Experience in MSME, startup, or fast-growing environments, performance frameworks, competency mapping, and HR analytics tools will be advantageous.
