Job Description
NOVENCO Building & Industry is seeking a Global Recruiter to strengthen its People & Culture function and support international hiring across Europe, APAC, and America. In a highly competitive global talent market, this role is responsible for driving a scalable and efficient recruitment process from approved job requisition to qualified candidate shortlist while ensuring speed, consistency, and quality throughout the early stages of hiring.
The selected candidate will drive end-to-end early-stage recruitment activities across global markets, ensuring consistent quality and reduced time-to-shortlist. Responsibilities include facilitating structured intake meetings with hiring managers, clarifying hiring requirements, challenging assumptions, aligning role expectations with market realities, and supporting workforce planning initiatives.
The role will manage job postings and Applicant Tracking System setup through TeamTailor, ensuring disciplined pipeline management, accurate recruitment data tracking, and scalable recruitment processes. The candidate will screen applications, conduct structured interviews, assess candidate motivation, competencies, and cultural fit, and independently make progression and rejection decisions.
Additional responsibilities include proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels, strengthening talent pipelines, expanding candidate reach, presenting focused candidate shortlists to hiring managers, and driving recruitment momentum through regular follow-ups and stakeholder communication to ensure timely feedback and efficient process progression.
The Global Recruiter will continuously maintain and improve recruitment structures, processes, and best practices while collaborating closely with hiring managers and People & Culture teams across multiple international regions. The role requires strong stakeholder management, business acumen, recruitment expertise, and the ability to translate hiring needs into realistic candidate profiles within diverse global talent markets.
