Job Description
The Senior HRIS Officer is responsible for activities in support of the HRIS SAP SuccessFactors systems. This includes system support, problem resolution, and implementation of new systems or functionality enhancements. The position works closely with HR Country Key Users on the configuration of security roles, workflows and business rules while ensuring data integrity, usefulness of critical people data, and development of standard work, policies and procedures around HRIS maintenance and applications.
Role Purpose
The Senior HRIS Officer is responsible for supporting HRIS SAP SuccessFactors systems globally. The role involves system administration, troubleshooting, implementation support, user training, system audits and ensuring the effective utilization of HR technology solutions across the organization.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities
Manage the day-to-day operations, configuration and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning Management, Succession and Recruiting.
Support SAP release upgrades and system enhancements.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities during implementations and enhancements.
Provide regional end-user support on data entry procedures, system navigation, troubleshooting and reporting.
Support training initiatives for new users, managers and HR leaders globally.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HRIS data through periodic reviews and audits.
Support integrations with HR systems and Digital & Technology systems.
Work with SuccessFactors implementation partner EX3 on provisioning requirements, troubleshooting activities and implementation projects.
Document HRIS processes and procedures.
Raise support tickets with SAP as required and manage issue resolution.
Support additional HRIS projects and initiatives as assigned.
Education, Qualifications and Experience
Degree qualified or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Administrator.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting and advanced formula creation.
Strong understanding of HRIS structures, functions and business processes.
Familiarity with HR concepts, practices and procedures including Benefits, Payroll, Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, Succession Planning and Recruiting.
Experience collaborating with management teams and departments such as IT and Compliance.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Strong analytical, diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.
Excellent customer service skills.
Desirable Skills
System testing experience.
Release cycle management.
Creating and delivering system training.
Process documentation.
Implementation of HRIS modules.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment module.
