Walkfin Financing Services Pvt. Ltd. is a new age fintech company offering quick, hassle-free and safe lending solutions to MSMEs. The company provides business loans and invoice discounting through fully digital and paperless processes, enabling businesses to access credit seamlessly and efficiently.
The HR cum Talent Hiring Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement and compliance functions. The role requires balancing strong hiring capabilities with efficient HR management to build a high-performing workforce within a fast-paced fintech and financial services environment.
Key responsibilities include managing the complete recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, salary negotiations and offer rollouts. The candidate will partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring closures. The role involves designing and implementing sourcing strategies for niche roles in fintech, operations, credit, collections and technology while maintaining recruitment dashboards, trackers and MIS reports.
The candidate will lead campus hiring initiatives for entry-level and trainee positions, connect with colleges, manage placement drives, internship programs and build long-term campus relationships. Responsibilities include conducting pre-placement talks, tests, group discussions and interviews while ensuring strong employer branding and student engagement.
The position will coordinate end-to-end onboarding including documentation, background verification, induction planning and joining formalities. The incumbent will conduct structured induction sessions and monitor employee experience during the initial stages of employment.
Additional responsibilities include handling employee relations, grievance management, conflict resolution, employee engagement activities, internal communication initiatives and workplace support. The role will also support HR administration, statutory compliance, audit requirements, HR documentation, policy implementation, payroll coordination, benefits administration, training and development initiatives, HR reporting and process improvement projects including digitization and workflow automation.
The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, organizational and confidentiality skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment. Fintech, NBFC or Financial Services experience is preferred.
