Role Overview:
HEC Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the complete HR function. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management within a hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Manage onboarding and induction activities
• Ensure timely hiring and workforce planning
Employee Relations:
• Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
• Maintain positive employee relations
• Support retention and engagement initiatives
HR Operations:
• Manage attendance, leave management, and HRMS administration
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support HR reporting and MIS preparation
Payroll & Compliance:
• Coordinate payroll processing
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.)
• Maintain compliance records and documentation
Performance Management:
• Support appraisal and performance review process
• Implement HR policies and procedures
• Drive employee engagement activities
Exit Management:
• Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements
• Ensure smooth employee exit process
• Maintain exit documentation
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in HR operations and recruitment
• Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Excel
Preferred Industry:
• Hospitality, Travel, Events, Exhibitions, Service Industry, Corporate Sector
