The Global Talent Acquisition Operations - Workday Specialist role focuses on Talent Acquisition Operations and operational excellence. The selected candidate will support and close all transaction activities under the Global Talent Acquisition Operations work scope, work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and ensure all operational deliverables are completed on time and with accuracy, ensure all activities are performed according to defined SLAs and agreed processing standards, and serve as an instrumental link between Talent Acquisition and the Global Operations team. Additional responsibilities include leading and implementing improvements in order processing and fulfillment, managing high-level inventory control systems and audits, fostering strategic relationships with suppliers and vendors, overseeing and optimizing logistics and supply chain operations, developing comprehensive operational reports and forecasts, leading inventory and warehousing strategies, coordinating and leading cross-functional teams on critical projects, addressing and resolving complex operational issues, implementing high-impact process improvements, and providing training and guidance to junior and mid-level associates. The role requires maintaining office discipline to the highest standards, maintaining healthy relationships with peers and stakeholders, and ensuring work-life balance with minimal unplanned leaves. Candidates should possess leadership skills, strategic inventory control expertise, vendor relationship management capabilities, supply chain optimization knowledge, reporting and forecasting abilities, strategic planning skills, cross-functional coordination experience, and strong problem-solving capabilities. The role requires extensive knowledge and advanced skills in operational and administrative processes, the ability to generate solutions to complex operational problems, work autonomously with minimal supervision, communicate important and sensitive information effectively, and coordinate the work of others when required. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
