Goodfind Solutions is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Recruiter to join its Bengaluru team. The role will focus on candidate sourcing, identification, stakeholder management and managing multiple recruitment requirements while ensuring timely closures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and identify suitable candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Apply advanced recruitment sourcing techniques to build quality candidate pipelines.
• Understand hiring requirements and deliver candidates within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand and fulfill recruitment requirements.
• Manage multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters / interns as required.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment progress and support achievement of hiring targets.
• Ensure quality candidate identification and a positive recruitment experience.

KMAC is looking for a Sr. HR Project Management Specialist to manage HR technology and payroll-related projects, integrations and transformation initiatives. The role will focus on Oracle HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Absence systems and integrations with platforms such as ADP and EY. The position requires strong analytical, technical, project management and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Payroll systems and integrations with Oracle HCM, Time & Attendance and Absence systems.
• Work with ADP, EY and other payroll platforms covering wage calculation, disbursement and vendor integrations.
• Support Oracle HCM Payroll configuration and OIC integrations.
• Ensure payroll issues are resolved within defined SLAs.
• Translate business objectives into project and technical requirements.
• Drive project implementation, testing, sprint releases and success metrics.
• Partner with business stakeholders, regional analysts and service providers.
• Gather customer feedback and translate requirements into system improvements.
• Develop training materials and conduct Self-Service portal training.
• Drive payroll automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Analyse system and process issues, identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of HR technology and payroll processes.
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in Business Analyst / Technical Analyst roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM, SAP and ADP Payroll.
• Experience with HRIS, HCM/ERP, Payroll and Time & Attendance systems.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with global teams preferred.
• Lean / Six Sigma experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as required.
