Job Description
Protect Secure Security Services (P3S) is hiring an HR Executive for an on-site role in HBR Layout, Bengaluru. This full-time position operates from Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) and covers the complete HR lifecycle, including recruitment, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and general administration. (Open to female candidates; freshers to 2 years of experience)

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.
Manage employee onboarding and collection of joining documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and general HR documentation.
Monitor daily attendance, leave logs, overtime tracking, and absenteeism.
Prepare monthly payroll, salary sheets, and individual salary slips.
Handle statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax.
Manage employee queries and day-to-day HR-related issues.
Handle resignations, exit formalities, and Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
Manage operational logistics, including uniforms, inventory, ID cards, and company assets.
Requirements
Demographic Requirement: Female candidates only.
Experience: Fresher to 2 years of professional experience.
Language Proficiency: Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
Competencies: Basic understanding of the complete HR lifecycle, strong coordination, and solid organizational skills.
