Job Description
MyJobHut is hiring an Assistant HR Manager for a manufacturing industry client based in Gurgaon. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations, statutory compliance, HR operations and employee relations activities. Key responsibilities include processing and managing monthly payroll for employees and workers, handling actual payroll based on attendance, overtime, leave adjustments, incentives and deductions, validating payroll data, reconciliation and reporting, ensuring accurate salary calculations, overtime payments, bonuses, reimbursements and full and final settlements. The role also requires coordination with finance and accounts teams for payroll reconciliation and salary disbursement, preparation of payroll MIS reports and employee cost analysis. The candidate will ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity and other applicable labour laws, manage statutory filings and audits, coordinate with government authorities, consultants and auditors, and maintain statutory records and employee documentation. Additional responsibilities include managing onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers and exit formalities, maintaining employee databases, HRIS records and personnel files, handling attendance, leave management, shift scheduling and workforce records, supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives, assisting with policy implementation and HR process improvements, addressing employee queries related to payroll, attendance and benefits, supporting grievance handling and employee welfare activities, and coordinating with plant and department heads on manpower-related matters.
