Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per Month + Benefits
About the Role:
Kalyani Motors is looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations & Payroll Executive to manage core HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, payroll administration, and statutory compliance. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in payroll processing, HR administration, attendance management, and employee operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing & Management
• Collect, verify, and process monthly attendance and leave records
• Prepare payroll inputs, salary calculations, incentives, and deductions
• Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely salary disbursement
• Maintain payroll accuracy and confidentiality
Statutory Compliance
• Manage payroll-related statutory compliance requirements
• Handle Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Professional Tax (PT), and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) processes
• Ensure timely documentation, filings, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain statutory records and audit readiness
Employee Lifecycle Management
• Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities
• Conduct document verification and biometric enrollment
• Handle employee separation processes and Full & Final (F&F) settlements
• Ensure smooth employee lifecycle administration
Attendance & Leave Management
• Monitor biometric attendance systems and daily attendance records
• Track leave balances and attendance regularization requests
• Resolve attendance discrepancies and employee queries
HR Administration
• Maintain employee databases and personnel records
• Issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, and other HR documents
• Support HR operations and employee grievance resolution
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in HR documentation

Language Requirements:
• Fluent communication in English and Kannada is mandatory

• 1-5 years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll
• Experience in Automobile, Retail, Dealership, or Similar Industries will be preferred
• Strong understanding of payroll calculations, compliance requirements, and HR administration processes
• Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities effectively
