Job Description:
Shree Ganesh Enterprises is hiring an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR and Administration activities for its steel fabrication and manufacturing operations in Chakan, Pune. The role involves recruitment, employee management, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, workforce coordination, HR documentation, and day-to-day plant HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage end-to-end HR and Administration activities.
ā¢ Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
ā¢ Manage payroll, attendance, PF, and ESIC.
ā¢ Ensure labour law compliance and statutory requirements.
ā¢ Handle employee relations and grievance management.
ā¢ Manage contract labour and workforce coordination.
ā¢ Maintain HR documentation, MIS, and HR reports.
ā¢ Coordinate with management and various departments.
ā¢ Implement HR policies, discipline, and employee welfare activities.
ā¢ Support manpower planning and day-to-day plant HR operations.
Key Requirements:
ā¢ 10+ years of relevant HR & Administration experience.
ā¢ MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of HR policies and labour laws.
ā¢ Good knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
ā¢ Strong leadership and team management skills.
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Experience in Steel Fabrication, Manufacturing, or Engineering industry preferred.
ā¢ Male candidates preferred.
ā¢ Immediate joiners will be given first preference.
