Position: HR Executive
Location: Hinjewadi Road, Pune
Experience: 3-5 Years
Salary: As per Industry Standards (Based on Experience & Skills)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. This role is ideal for professionals with strong HR generalist experience and a good understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment through job portals and social media platforms
• Handle candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and selection
• Create and manage job descriptions and job profiles
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities
• Maintain employee records and HR administrative processes
• Handle attendance, leave management, and employee database systems
• Support performance tracking and employee engagement activities
• Coordinate PF, ESIC, health insurance, and statutory compliance processes
• Assist in payroll coordination and salary structure preparation
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
Required Skills:
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour laws, and employee benefits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualities:
• Positive and professional attitude
• Strong employee relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently
• Team player with strong coordination abilities
