Jigsaw is hiring an HR Manager to lead and manage the people function within a fast-growing startup environment. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. The role requires ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining efficient HR operations, strong compliance standards, and effective people management practices.
Key responsibilities include driving employee engagement initiatives, fostering positive employee relations, addressing employee concerns, handling grievance resolution processes, and contributing to a healthy and productive work environment. The role involves overseeing HR operations, implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines, and maintaining smooth HR processes. The HR Manager will manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring seamless transitions and positive employee experiences throughout the employee journey.
The candidate will coordinate with external recruitment partners and stakeholders to support hiring requirements and talent acquisition initiatives.
