Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Source, screen, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment and HR MIS reports.
Handle data management and HR documentation.
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
Conduct new joiner induction programs.
Support employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare presentations and HR-related reports.
Maintain employee records and databases.
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Support stakeholders with HR-related requirements.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Knowledge of MIS and Data Management.
Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel.
Experience in documentation handling.
Knowledge of onboarding and employee engagement activities.
Ability to prepare PPT presentations and reports.
Creative mindset with adaptability and quick learning ability.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
