Job Description:
ANISTON Technologies LLP is hiring an HR Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and employee life-cycle management for their office in Sector 10, Rohini, New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, profile sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and document verification.
- Maintain attendance logs, track leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs.
- Implement company HR policies and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives, address workplace grievances, and support general HR operations.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel databases and generate HR operational reports.
- Coordinate exit formalities, exit interviews, and full-and-final settlement processing.
Requirements:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist functions.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, onboarding workflows, and payroll coordination.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
