Turno is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end bulk hiring initiatives for roles including Field Sales, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Field Collections, and Credit/Disbursement Operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in high-volume recruitment, stakeholder management, sourcing strategy, and achieving hiring targets within defined timelines.
Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing complete recruitment life cycles for bulk hiring requirements while building strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders. The role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding coordination, and recruitment reporting.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for bulk and volume hiring requirements.
Understand hiring needs and create effective sourcing strategies to attract quality talent.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates according to role requirements.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, talent pipelines, and market intelligence.
Act as a recruitment advisor by recommending hiring strategies and process improvements.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Recruitment Planning & Reporting
Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratios, and hiring conversion rates.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System.
Generate periodic recruitment reports and dashboards for leadership reviews.
Forecast hiring pipelines and proactively address recruitment challenges.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with significant exposure to bulk and volume hiring.
Proven experience in stakeholder management and handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
Experience using ATS platforms and job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
