Job Description
Skyleaf Consultants LLP is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for its Noida office. The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, supporting workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development and people operations. The role is responsible for enhancing employee experience, driving HR transformation initiatives, optimizing HR processes and ensuring effective people practices across the organization.
The position requires a balance between strategic thinking and operational execution with a strong focus on business partnership, performance culture, employee engagement and HR technology enablement.
Key responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives, supporting workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning and talent management initiatives. The HRBP will provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness and change management while acting as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related matters.
The role involves overseeing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, promotions and exits. The selected candidate will ensure compliance with HR policies, governance frameworks and organizational standards while continuously improving employee experience through efficient people processes and service delivery.
Additional responsibilities include driving performance management programs such as goal setting, performance reviews, feedback cycles and career development planning. The role will support leadership in identifying high-potential talent, succession planning initiatives, talent reviews and employee development programs.
The HRBP will lead employee engagement activities, rewards and recognition programs, wellness initiatives and culture-building efforts. Responsibilities also include managing employee grievances, supporting conflict resolution processes and developing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, retention and organizational culture.
The role requires driving HR process improvement and automation initiatives, supporting implementation and optimization of HRMS platforms and digital HR solutions, and leveraging technology and AI-enabled tools to improve HR operations, reporting, communication and employee services.
The selected candidate will develop HR dashboards and people metrics, analyze workforce data related to attrition, engagement, headcount and performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership. The role also involves collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Operations teams to ensure seamless people processes.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field along with 5–10+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, People Operations or Strategic HR roles. Experience supporting technology, SaaS, IT services or high-growth organizations is preferred. Strong expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, organizational development, performance management, HRMS implementation and HR analytics is essential.
