Arvi Systems & Controls Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer and exporter of Industrial Online UPS, Static Frequency Converters, Solar PCUs, and Power Backup Systems. Since 1998, the company has been designing and manufacturing indigenous power solutions through its in-house research and development, engineering, and production capabilities.
The company is looking for a Technical HR & Talent Development Executive with an Engineering background and HR experience to drive employee development, performance assessment, and talent grooming within its Engineering and Manufacturing organization.
The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor, evaluate, mentor, and develop newly joined trainees, freshers, and probationary employees during their initial employment period. The role involves conducting technical and behavioral assessments, identifying skill gaps, recommending training interventions, and continuously tracking employee performance to support management in retention and confirmation decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Assessment and Development
Conduct weekly performance evaluations of trainees, freshers, and probationary employees.
Monitor technical competency, learning progress, work quality, productivity, attitude, and overall development.
Identify skill gaps and recommend suitable training and development initiatives.
Prepare structured evaluation reports and provide periodic updates to management.
Maintain employee development records and progress tracking reports.
Employee Grooming and Handholding
Act as a mentor and guide for newly joined employees during their probation period.
Provide continuous feedback and corrective guidance to improve performance.
Assist employees in understanding organizational expectations, work processes, and performance standards.
Support employees in overcoming technical and behavioral challenges.
Technical Evaluation and Competency Assessment
Assess employees’ technical knowledge, learning capabilities, problem-solving abilities, and practical application of engineering concepts.
Coordinate with department heads and reporting managers to gather performance feedback.
Evaluate employee readiness for independent responsibilities.
Performance Review and Confirmation Process
Track employee progress during the first one to three months of employment.
Recommend confirmation, probation extension, additional training, or separation based on employee performance.
Provide objective assessment reports to management for final retention decisions.
Training Coordination and Development Planning
Identify training needs based on performance evaluations.
Coordinate internal and external training programs.
Monitor training effectiveness and employee improvement.
HR and Administrative Support
Support onboarding and induction activities.
Maintain employee assessment records and development reports.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, Employee Assessment, Training, Learning & Development, or Performance Management functions.
Prior experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics Manufacturing, Industrial Products, or related sectors is highly preferred.
Strong mentoring, coaching, analytical, reporting, communication, and employee development skills.
