The Payroll HRMIS Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing while ensuring smooth HR operations and effective HRMIS management. The role requires expertise in payroll administration, statutory compliance, recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR reporting and stakeholder coordination.
Key responsibilities include managing monthly payroll processing with accuracy and within defined timelines, verifying attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, salary revisions and deductions before payroll execution, processing Full and Final settlements, salary revisions, arrears and payroll transactions, resolving employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leave, benefits and HR policies and maintaining complete payroll records, employee master data and HR documentation with confidentiality.
The selected candidate will prepare and maintain HRMIS reports related to payroll, attendance, leave, headcount, recruitment, attrition and other HR metrics while generating MIS reports and dashboards to support management decision-making. Responsibilities also include coordinating recruitment activities such as candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, documentation and onboarding.
The role includes managing employee onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, promotions, exits and Full and Final settlements while maintaining updated employee records throughout the employee lifecycle. The candidate will ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, TDS and labour laws, maintain statutory records and support internal and external audits by providing required HR and payroll documentation.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating with HR, Finance, Administration and business teams to ensure smooth payroll and HR operations, supporting employee engagement initiatives, HR events and policy implementation, maintaining confidentiality of employee information and continuously identifying opportunities to improve payroll and HR operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Management or a related field with 2β5 years of experience in Payroll, HRMIS, HR Operations, Recruitment and Compliance. Strong knowledge of payroll processing, HRMIS, statutory compliance, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas and data analysis is essential. Experience with greytHR or similar HRMS and payroll software along with HR analytics expertise will be an added advantage.
