Empor Marcom is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner for its Noida office. The organization is looking for an experienced HR professional who can partner with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives across talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management and employee engagement. The role requires a people-focused professional capable of aligning HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a positive, compliant and high-performance work culture.
The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide strategic HR guidance. The role includes conducting regular meetings with business units to address people-related priorities, driving end-to-end talent acquisition including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding and analyzing HR metrics to develop actionable HR programs, policies and solutions.
The selected candidate will manage employee relations matters including conflict resolution, workplace investigations and disciplinary actions while providing coaching and performance management support to managers and employees. Responsibilities also include developing employee engagement, retention and morale-building initiatives, supporting workforce planning, organizational restructuring and succession planning and ensuring HR policies are implemented consistently across the organization.
The role requires maintaining compliance with applicable labour laws, employment regulations and company policies while collaborating with stakeholders on compensation reviews, promotions, transfers and employment contracts. The candidate will identify learning and development requirements, support employee training initiatives, monitor the effectiveness of training and performance management programs and ensure job descriptions remain updated and compliant with organizational requirements.
The ideal candidate should have more than 4 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist or related Human Resources roles with strong exposure to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and workforce planning. Candidates should possess working knowledge of compensation practices, organizational development, employee engagement and labour laws. A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, organizational and Microsoft Office skills are essential.
