Role Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements while fostering a positive employee experience through effective grievance management and employee relations practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies.
• Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
• Maintain statutory records and coordinate internal and external compliance audits.
• Liaise with government authorities, legal advisors, consultants, and auditors.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture enhancement programs.
• Review, update, and implement HR policies in accordance with changing regulations.
• Advise leadership and management teams on employee relations, compliance, and risk management matters.
• Drive best practices in employee welfare, conflict resolution, and workplace governance.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience with a strong focus on Compliance and Employee Relations.
• In-depth knowledge of Labor Laws, Statutory Compliance, and Industrial Relations.
• Proven experience in handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Prior experience in the BPO industry will be highly preferred.
