Shashwath Solution is hiring an HR Operations Executive with Spanish language proficiency. The role is open across multiple locations including Chennai, Noida, Bangalore, Gurugram, Pune, and Mumbai. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience and a qualification in MBA, PGDM, or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. The role focuses on supporting global HR operations and employee lifecycle management while ensuring smooth HR service delivery across international teams. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, maintaining HR databases, handling payroll inputs, attendance and leave tracking, and ensuring HR compliance. The role also includes preparing HR letters, contracts, reports, and employee communication, coordinating interviews, supporting recruitment processes, and resolving employee HR queries. The candidate will work closely with global teams and employees in Spanish-speaking regions and must maintain accuracy and confidentiality in HR records. Strong HR operations knowledge, MS Excel skills, HRMS experience, and excellent communication abilities are required. Spanish language proficiency is mandatory, and candidates without it will not be considered. Prior experience in global HR shared services or multinational environments will be an advantage.
