Role Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for store-level roles including Crew Members, Supervisors, and Managers.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and coordinate hiring with Store and Area Managers.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction through HRIS platforms.
• Maintain candidate databases for current and future hiring requirements.
• Act as the primary HR contact for store employees for queries and grievance handling.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives across the region.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide insights to improve retention strategies.
• Organize onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Conduct regular store visits and employee connect programs.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs with operations teams.
• Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and recruitment trackers for regional updates.
• Support training and development initiatives by identifying skill gaps and coordinating learning programs.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in Retail, QSR, or Hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and frontline recruitment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
• Strong execution, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
Ideal Candidate:
• Hands-on HR professional with strong operational and recruitment exposure.
• Comfortable managing multi-store HR activities and field-level engagement.
