About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. If you have experience sourcing niche technical talent within the Semiconductor, VLSI, Embedded Systems, or Engineering domains and enjoy building strong talent pipelines, we'd love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Source and identify high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
ā¢ Build and maintain talent pipelines for Semiconductor, VLSI, Embedded, Firmware, Hardware, Validation, and related engineering skill sets.
ā¢ Conduct initial profile screening and candidate qualification discussions.
ā¢ Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
ā¢ Perform talent market research, competitor mapping, and generate market intelligence reports.
ā¢ Maintain an active database of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
ā¢ Engage passive candidates and foster long-term relationships within niche talent communities.
ā¢ Ensure timely delivery of quality profiles aligned with business requirements.
ā¢ Track sourcing metrics and continuously improve sourcing effectiveness and productivity.
Required Skills
ā¢ Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sourcing, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and Talent Mapping.
ā¢ Good understanding of Semiconductor, VLSI, Embedded Systems, or Engineering talent landscapes.
ā¢ Excellent communication, networking, and candidate engagement skills.
ā¢ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven hiring environment.
ā¢ Strong analytical, research, and stakeholder management capabilities.
ā¢ Prior experience working in a Recruitment/Staffing Services organization is highly preferred.

Experience Required
