Job Description
Evolution Staffing LLP is looking for experienced Field Recruiters to join its recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field recruitment, manpower sourcing, candidate onboarding, and managing large-scale hiring initiatives across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities include conducting field recruitment and manpower sourcing activities, screening, assessing, and onboarding candidates for various hiring requirements, organizing and managing recruitment drives, job fairs, and hiring campaigns, conducting site visits and coordinating recruitment activities at different locations, achieving hiring targets within defined timelines, developing and maintaining strong liaison networks for manpower sourcing across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, and West Bengal, building relationships with local communities, training centers, employment agencies, and referral networks, maintaining recruitment records, hiring reports, and candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate onboarding experience. Requirements include experience in field recruitment and manpower hiring, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, proven ability to develop and manage sourcing networks, a strong liaison network across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, and West Bengal, willingness to travel extensively as required, and the ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets. Preferred Skills include experience handling high-volume recruitment and blue-collar hiring, strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities, and a good understanding of workforce planning and manpower deployment.
