Job Description: Qlotech is hiring an experienced Lead Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for CA, Finance, Tax, Audit and Consulting profiles. The role requires strong recruitment expertise, candidate sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills and the ability to independently manage multiple hiring requirements while maintaining a strong understanding of the hiring market and available candidate pool.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to closure.
Handle recruitment for CA, Finance, Tax, Audit and Consulting roles.
Source and identify relevant candidates through appropriate recruitment channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
Manage multiple recruitment requirements independently.
Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned with business requirements.
Track recruitment progress and ensure timely closure of positions.
Use market knowledge and candidate insights to support effective hiring.
Key Requirements:
4+ years of recruitment experience.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Experience hiring for CA, Finance, Tax, Audit or Consulting roles.
Candidates with experience hiring CA/Finance profiles or for Consulting firms will be preferred.
Strong candidate sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of the hiring market and candidate pool.
Ability to independently manage multiple requirements.
Candidates must currently be based in or around Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad or Faridabad.
