About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across technical, non-technical, corporate, and project/site-level functions. Candidates with strong hiring experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Power, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or EPC industries are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
* Drive recruitment for O&M, Quality, Engineering, Project Management, Corporate, and Site-level positions
* Develop effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, recruitment consultants, employee referrals, and other channels
* Partner with HODs and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of critical positions
* Manage high-volume and project-based hiring requirements across multiple locations
* Monitor recruitment KPIs, maintain recruitment trackers, and prepare regular hiring reports and MIS
* Manage candidate relationships, improve offer-to-joining ratios, and ensure a positive candidate experience
* Drive recruitment planning, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement in hiring processes
Eligibility Criteria:
* Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
* 8+ years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition with strong end-to-end recruitment expertise
* Proven experience in infrastructure, EPC, manufacturing, power, or renewable energy hiring
* Strong leadership, sourcing, negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and deliver results within defined timelines
