Hiring: HR Admin
Location: Gurgaon
Experience Required: 2ā3 Years
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
Hire Hub Consultancy is looking for an experienced HR Admin professional to manage procurement coordination, office administration, vendor management, and operational support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Work extensively on Tally Prime for administrative and procurement-related activities.
ā¢ Handle procurement and purchasing processes as per organizational requirements.
ā¢ Coordinate with vendors for material procurement, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
ā¢ Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and process purchase requisitions efficiently.
ā¢ Support material planning and inventory coordination to ensure uninterrupted operations.
ā¢ Maintain documentation, reports, records, and operational databases with accuracy.
ā¢ Manage office administration activities and vendor coordination.
ā¢ Ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth day-to-day operational functioning.
ā¢ Prepare reports and maintain data using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Required Skills:
ā¢ Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime (Mandatory).
ā¢ Experience in procurement processes and purchase documentation.
ā¢ Knowledge of vendor management and coordination.
ā¢ Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
ā¢ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Good organizational and documentation management abilities.
Requirements:
ā¢ Graduate in any discipline.
ā¢ 2ā3 years of relevant experience in administration, procurement, or related functions.
ā¢ Hands-on experience in Tally Prime, procurement activities, and operational documentation.
