Hiring: HR Operations Executive
Location: South City 1, Gurgaon

Emerald Management Services is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join its team. This role offers an opportunity to work across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and employee relations functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end in-house recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer rollout.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support activities that enhance workplace culture and employee experience.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle transitions.
• Manage attendance records, payroll inputs, employee documentation, and HRMS updates.
• Support HR operations and maintain accurate employee records and databases.
• Assist in implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and operational documentation as required.
Required Skills:
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or related HR roles.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability.
• Good understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR operations.
• Proficiency in HRMS platforms and MS Office applications.
Qualification:
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources or a related field.
