Position: HR Executive

About the Role
ZaranTech is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage HR operations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR functions and be capable of ensuring smooth HR operations while fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary inputs.
• Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), and other labour law requirements.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, exit formalities, and full & final settlement coordination.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory regulations.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and support continuous process improvements.
Preferred Skills:
• 4–5 years of experience in HR Operations and HR Generalist functions.
• Strong knowledge of payroll management and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience in PF, ESI, PT, labour law compliance, and HR documentation.
• Good understanding of employee relations and grievance handling.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS applications will be an added advantage.
