About the Role
NYGCI is looking for an experienced Lead Internal HR Recruiter to manage and lead in-house recruitment activities. The role requires strong expertise in local talent acquisition, team leadership, and end-to-end recruitment operations across domestic and international hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring requirements.
• Manage and mentor an in-house recruitment team.
• Handle domestic, APAC, and US recruiter hiring requirements.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
• Use job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms effectively.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Drive salary negotiations, offer management, and closure of positions.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hires.
• Improve recruitment processes and enhance sourcing strategies.
Preferred Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in leading or mentoring recruitment teams.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international hiring (APAC/US).
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and job portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making ability.
