Job Description
LeapSwitch Networks Pvt Ltd is hiring an HR Admin Executive for its Wadala, Mumbai office. The role involves managing day-to-day HR and administrative operations while ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and office administration. The selected candidate will maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, HR databases, and confidential employee documentation. Responsibilities include preparing offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents, coordinating recruitment activities by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates, handling employee onboarding and exit formalities, supporting payroll processing through accurate attendance and leave records, assisting in employee engagement initiatives, resolving employee queries related to HR policies and procedures, managing office administration and vendor coordination, maintaining office supplies, stationery, and inventory records, coordinating travel arrangements and meeting schedules whenever required, ensuring proper filing and documentation of company records, and supporting management with administrative reports and day-to-day operational tasks. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field along with 1ā2 years of HR/Admin experience. Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, MS Office, HR software, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, multitasking ability, problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication are essential for this role.
