Centric Brands is a leading lifestyle brand collective that designs, sources, markets and sells high quality products across women's, men's and children's apparel, accessories, entertainment and beauty segments. The company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisitions for a 6 month assignment to support talent acquisition, talent management and HR operations across the Asia region. Reporting to the Manager Talent Asia, the selected candidate will manage end to end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection and offer management while partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions and execute effective sourcing strategies. Responsibilities include proactively sourcing talent through LinkedIn and other job portals, maintaining candidate records and recruitment reports using the ICIMS talent acquisition system, delivering recruitment process and interview skills training to hiring managers, maintaining recruitment dashboards and trackers, building internal and external talent pipelines and supporting employer branding initiatives through digital platforms and talent communities. The role also involves supporting training and development programs across Asia, collaborating with HR Business Partners to identify employee development opportunities, coordinating onboarding activities, managing offboarding processes including exit interviews and documentation, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, conducting HR audits and maintaining compliance with employment related documentation and HR practices in India. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related business discipline with a minimum of 8 years of experience in in house recruitment or agency talent acquisition for multinational organizations. Experience with ICIMS, LinkedIn sourcing, talent management systems, Microsoft Office and delivering training programs is preferred. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem solving, multitasking, attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively in a fast paced environment. The role may require travel as needed and provides opportunities to participate in employee engagement initiatives including Be Green, Be Giving and Be Celebrated.
