REBAX is a real estate technology platform designed to streamline collaboration between agents, agencies, and builders by centralizing discovery, communication, and lead management. The company enables real estate professionals to strengthen partnerships and manage opportunities through a transparent and technology-driven ecosystem. This is a full-time on-site opportunity based in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Executive will manage daily HR operations including maintaining employee records, processing HR documentation, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, administering HR policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, and assisting with policy updates. The role includes handling employee relations, supporting performance management processes, coordinating with department leaders on workforce planning, assisting with end-to-end recruitment, HR reporting and analytics, organizing employee engagement initiatives, managing monthly payroll, compensation and reimbursement processes, maintaining statutory documentation, handling attendance records, strengthening HR policies and serving as the primary point of contact for employee queries. The selected candidate will also support the founding team in building company culture and people practices. Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience in core HR functions with hands-on knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR policies, compliance, documentation, payroll support, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder coordination. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required and HR certifications will be an added advantage. Experience in a fast-paced technology-driven environment, preferably in the real estate industry, is preferred.
