GSG SECURENET TECHNOLOGIES operates in the security and technology sector, providing solutions and services that support secure operations for government and corporate clients. The organization focuses on reliability, financial integrity, and strong operational processes while encouraging continuous improvement across systems and controls. This is a full-time on-site opportunity based in New Delhi. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for employees, field staff, supervisors, and support roles including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. The role involves handling onboarding formalities, document verification, police verification and security clearance follow-ups, maintaining employee records and HRIS data, supporting statutory compliance documentation including EPF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and labour law registers, coordinating manpower deployment, attendance, and attrition with field supervisors and site managers, drafting appointment letters, warning letters, show-cause notices, and relieving letters, supporting payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, and deductions, liaising with labour authorities, preparing responses to labour notices and conciliation proceedings, and maintaining compliance registers under applicable labour laws such as the Contract Labour Act and Shops and Establishments Act. Candidates should be graduates in any discipline with an MBA or PGDM in HR preferred and possess 1 to 3 years of HR experience. Experience in the security, manpower, or facility management industry is strongly preferred. Applicants should have working knowledge of EPF, ESIC, labour law compliance, proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, familiarity with payroll software or HRMS, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to handle high-volume recruitment and multi-location employee records, discretion in handling confidential employee information, and willingness to travel occasionally to deployment sites across Delhi NCR.
