The Learning & Development Coordinator is a junior to mid-level operational role supporting the Commercial Learning & Development function. Reporting to the Learning & Development team, the role focuses on commercial onboarding and enablement programmes for Commercial Performance Excellence, Private Equity, and Asia Sales and Account Management teams. The selected candidate will ensure a seamless onboarding experience by managing schedules, coordinating training programmes, and supporting learning operations.
The role includes owning end-to-end scheduling of commercial onboarding training sessions, ensuring calendar invitations are accurate, meeting rooms are booked, facilitators are assigned correctly, and training programmes run according to the approved curriculum. The coordinator will manage onboarding schedules for both regular and off-cycle new joiners, maintain training calendars, perform quality checks, and ensure programme continuity across multiple global time zones.
Responsibilities also include acting as the primary coordination point for facilitators, managing communication regarding session delivery, identifying scheduling conflicts, coordinating with Talent Acquisition and People teams regarding joining dates and cohort sizes, maintaining learning content on Learning Management Systems such as Sana, tracking onboarding progress, ensuring role-specific tools are available before training begins, collaborating with Learning & Development teams to improve processes, and serving as the communication bridge between Commercial Enablement, Learning & Development, and business stakeholders.
Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in coordination, operations, programme administration, or Learning & Development support roles. Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, adaptability, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience with calendar management tools, Learning Management Systems, Google Workspace, and Slack are required. Experience in commercial enablement or sales environments will be an added advantage.
