Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations during the night shift. The role will serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and will involve attendance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, HR administration, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations during the night shift.
Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees.
Handle employee queries, concerns, and workplace issues.
Manage biometric attendance, late marks, regularization, and attendance discrepancies.
Coordinate payroll inputs related to attendance, leaves, and incentives.
Conduct and support employee engagement activities.
Coordinate with management and stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
Monitor employee discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
Support employee onboarding and HR documentation.
Coordinate with IT, Admin, Facilities, and other teams for operational issues.
Prepare HR reports and provide regular operational updates.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.
Candidate Requirements
0–2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Executive roles.
Knowledge of attendance management, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a night-shift environment.
Candidates with experience in Staffing, Recruitment, IT Services, BPO, or corporate environments will be preferred.
