Job Description
A travel company based in Mumbai is hiring an HR Manager for its Harbour Line office. The opportunity is being managed by The Singh Consultancy, a recruitment and travel representation company specializing in hiring for the travel, tourism, hospitality, aviation and MICE industries.
The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Operations, Events, Finance, Marketing and Support functions. The role involves developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent from the travel, tourism, hospitality and MICE industry while coordinating with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensuring timely closure of open positions.
The candidate will oversee HR operations including employee onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers and exit formalities. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, HR documentation and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and processes across the organization.
The role will drive performance appraisal cycles, goal setting and employee development initiatives while supporting managers in performance reviews and succession planning. The HR Manager will also plan and execute employee engagement activities, rewards and recognition programs, team-building initiatives and promote a collaborative, positive and high-performance work culture while addressing employee grievances and employee well-being.
The position requires ensuring compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, coordinating payroll inputs, attendance, leave management and employee benefits while maintaining confidentiality of employee information and HR records. The candidate will identify training needs, organize learning and development programs, support leadership development and career progression initiatives, partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, develop HR policies, SOPs and best practices and generate HR reports and workforce analytics for management.Salary 60000per month.
