Ellwinkz Sourcing Services Bharat Private Limited is inviting applications for the HR Intern position in Mumbai. This full-time opportunity is designed for freshers and candidates with zero to one year of experience who are eager to begin their careers in Human Resources and gain practical workplace experience. The internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, and employee lifecycle management. The selected candidate will assist with candidate sourcing, profile screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment follow-ups. Responsibilities will also include supporting employee onboarding and induction, coordinating joining formalities, maintaining employee records, HR trackers, documentation, attendance records, and leave records. The intern will assist with monthly payroll inputs, employee data verification, preparing HR letters, maintaining employee files, and following up on pending documents. Additional duties include supporting employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and updating recruitment and HR reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Candidates should be graduates or recent graduates in BBA, BMS, BBI, B.Com, BA, or a related discipline, preferably with an interest in Human Resources. Final-year students may also apply where eligible. Applicants should have good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills and be comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic Microsoft Office tools. The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and committed to confidentiality, teamwork, and responsibility. The internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, employee lifecycle management, attendance and leave administration, payroll coordination, employee engagement, HR policies, processes, and management information system reporting. The stipend will be provided as per company policy.
