Job Description
Helping Hand Careers & Workforce Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – HR Generalist to manage HR operations and employee lifecycle activities in a high-volume workforce environment. The role will focus on recruitment, manpower management, attendance and payroll coordination, employee relations, HRMS, MIS, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
• Handle recruitment and manpower planning as per operational requirements.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and employee relations matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage HRMS updates and prepare regular HR MIS and reports.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and applicable statutory compliance requirements.
• Support onboarding, induction, transfers, and exit processes.
• Coordinate with operational teams and management on workforce-related requirements.
• Monitor manpower availability, attendance, and workforce-related issues.
• Drive employee engagement and support retention initiatives.
• Identify HR process gaps and assist in implementing process improvements.
Candidate Requirements:
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
• Graduate with MBA / MSW / MHRM preferred.
• Experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, or high-volume workforce environments is preferred.
• Good understanding of recruitment and manpower management.
• Working knowledge of attendance, payroll coordination, HRMS, MIS, and compliance.
• Strong employee relations and grievance-handling skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple priorities.
