Job Description
A well-established organization is hiring an experienced HR & Administration professional for its corporate team based in Okhla, New Delhi. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition and employee onboarding including joining formalities, offer letters, appointment letters and employee documentation. The selected candidate will coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management and employee reimbursements while ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, statutory requirements and employee insurance processes. The position also involves preparing HR reports, maintaining employee records, supporting HR audits, managing Full and Final Settlements, transfer letters, warning letters and other HR documentation. The candidate will coordinate with multiple business locations for day-to-day HR operations, support administration activities and ensure smooth office operations. Strong exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, Payroll Coordination, Statutory Compliance, Attendance and Leave Management, HR Documentation, MIS Reporting, HR Administration, Employee Relations, MS Excel and PowerPoint is required. MBA in HR is preferred. Male candidates are preferred. Company details will be shared only with shortlisted candidates.
