The company operates in the Cybersecurity, Software Testing and Digital Engineering industry, helping organizations strengthen digital security, software quality and data protection. The Human Resources Information System Specialist will join the People and Talent team and will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, optimization and continuous improvement of HR systems with a primary focus on UKG Ready. The selected candidate will serve as the primary administrator for UKG Ready and related HR systems, maintain employee records, organizational structures, workflows, security roles and system configurations, ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance across HR platforms, troubleshoot HRIS issues and support system upgrades, enhancements, testing and implementation of new features. The role includes identifying opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes, partnering with stakeholders to improve workflows, developing HR process documentation, leading continuous improvement initiatives, exploring AI-driven solutions to enhance HR operations, evaluating emerging HR technologies, supporting automation tools and digital transformation initiatives, creating HR dashboards, reports and workforce analytics, generating business reports, supporting integrations between HRIS and other business systems, collaborating with IT, Payroll, Finance and external vendors, participating in system implementation projects, ensuring compliance with company policies, data privacy requirements and audit standards, supporting ISO documentation and audit activities and maintaining system controls and user access management. Candidates should have 4 to 5 years of HRIS administration experience with hands-on expertise in UKG Ready, a strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, HR reporting, analytics and data management, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, experience in process improvement and workflow automation and excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities. Experience in a multinational environment, exposure to AI tools, workflow automation platforms, HR system integrations, project management and ISO compliance audits will be an added advantage.
