Job Description
Aveli Group is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to independently manage end-to-end Core HR, HR Generalist, and HR Operations functions within a Non-IT organization. The role will involve employee lifecycle management, recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, HR policies, performance management, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Core HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Handle recruitment and selection for Non-IT positions.
Manage joining, onboarding, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
Maintain attendance, leave records, employee databases, and HR documentation.
Coordinate monthly payroll processing and provide accurate salary inputs.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and Bonus.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
Coordinate performance appraisals, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS covering headcount, recruitment, attrition, attendance, and employee data.
Coordinate training and development activities based on organizational requirements.
Manage HRMS and ensure accurate and confidential employee data management.
Conduct exit interviews and coordinate Full & Final Settlement.
Identify and implement HR process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Work closely with department heads and management on manpower planning and HR-related matters.
Provide HR guidance and support to employees and management on workplace-related matters.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA/PG qualification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Core HR / HR Generalist / HR Operations.
Strong hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management and HR operations.
Experience in Non-IT recruitment and selection.
Good knowledge of payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HRMS.
Strong understanding of statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and Bonus.
Experience in employee relations, grievance handling, performance management, and engagement.
Strong HR policy, documentation, and MIS reporting skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently manage HR functions and work closely with senior management.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
