Meesho is hiring an HR - People Operations professional for its Bengaluru office. The company operates in the E-commerce industry with an employee strength of more than 10,000. The Human Resources team partners strategically with the business to build a high-performance culture by driving talent density and enhancing employee experience. The role is responsible for leading HR Operations and HR Systems while ensuring efficient employee lifecycle management and operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, benefits administration, leave and attendance, employee movements, separations, and offboarding. The selected candidate will establish and improve standard operating procedures, partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, and business leaders, manage employment documentation, contracts, and statutory records, drive HR governance, service level agreements, compliance, policy implementation, audits, HRMS, payroll systems, attendance systems, performance management, learning platforms, employee surveys, digital transformation initiatives, process automation, operational metrics, dashboards, workforce analytics, stakeholder and vendor management, and lead a high-performing People Operations team through coaching, mentoring, and capability building. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA in Human Resources is preferred. Applicants should have 8–12 years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations with expertise in employee lifecycle management, HR technology, payroll coordination, benefits administration, labor laws, compliance, HR analytics, shared services, process optimization, change management, project management, and stakeholder management. Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile, or certifications in HR technology platforms.
