Job Overview:
White Force Group is hiring an HR Executive on behalf of a Climate Tech firm located in Phase 2, Gurugram. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle—including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, vendor interaction, and exit formalities—within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and vendor communications.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, personnel records, and HRMS data administration.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment, interview scheduling, and seamless candidate onboarding.
- Facilitate employee engagement programs, workplace communication, and handle general HR queries.
- Manage exit formalities, documentation, and operational reporting.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of HR operations experience (or freshers with relevant HR internships).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, specifically using functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
- Baseline understanding of HRMS platforms, ATS tools, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
