Job Description
Zavo is hiring an HR Intern for its Barakhamba Road, Delhi office on a hybrid work model. Financial Services company with approximately 11–50 employees. This is a 3-month internship for candidates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources and want to gain hands-on experience across the complete employee lifecycle. The selected candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination, post job openings on various hiring platforms and social media channels, maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers, support onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities, assist in preparing HR letters, offer letters, internship letters, and other employee documents, coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process, help maintain employee records and HR MIS, and support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. Candidates pursuing or recently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are encouraged to apply. Applicants should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, good organisational and coordination abilities, basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and an eagerness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.
